- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Southern Insurance was involved when I purchased my vehicle, and they did not even ask if I was an experienced driver and charged me the full amount without the 10-year driver discount which I was entitled to (I did not know the discount at the time). The next year another Insurance company suggested me the 10-year experienced driver discount which saved me over $300! I went back to the Southern Insurance asking to correct the error they caused in previous year, and they just told me they could not do anything! They are supposed to be the Auto Insurance specialist but they are not doing their part adequately and are not actively helping. I will never use this Insurance company again!
