  The renovations that are super frustrating. The layout of the aisles make the store extremely difficult to navigate. Where things are now make zero sense. All you've done is create a maze that makes shopping take three times as long. If I could give the store a ZERO I would. I used to plan out my shop and I knew where everything was. Now I go to where things were and there's a sign that says "this has moved here", then you figure out how to navigate thru the cut off center laneway to the aisle the sign said and it's NOWHERE in that aisle!!! Im almost ready to simply stop shopping at this store.

  The location is great and staff are helpful the reason the stars are missing is because the parking lot is a zoo and also not enough checkout open during busy times between 4 to 7pm. I normally wait 20 minutes to reach a cashier finally then the hassle of bagging the groceries yourself is not amusing. I choose Walmart over here although RCS has more produce and wider variety of goods. It's a shame but if they at least add few more cashiers life would be good and I would add a star.
