- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'm not crazy about their phone manners, nor their customer service presentation. We called them early upon their opening, they did not answer the phone until 10 minutes after opening, and said that the " compression specialist was with another person and would return our call " ( you can measure yourself , and order them online - so anybody can be a specialist ) It is 11:10 now, and no specialist has called. The last time I was in store I had to be more aggressive at obtaining service than I like to be, and I should have no need to be, but the people in this store act as though they were executives at a fortune 400 company. Particularly the personnel who've been there the longest. You can be flusters and busy, you can also take time to answer the phone.
