- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been to Dr. Zokol 3 times now. I have not been satisfied with my level of care. My major complaint is lack of time spent on examinations and transparency. On all three of my visits the time spent she has spent on examination has been short, and I feel like she is not doing a thorough inspection for early signs of cavities or checking the condition of previous dental work. I have had to ask for a fluoride application and my x-rays have not been reviewed with me even though I had new ones taken. I recently had a permanent retainer rebound by her and it broke loose the day after. Apparently this is a common occurrence, however this was not brought to my attention before being rebound. I wish I received a recommendation for an orthodontic appointment, instead of the attempted rebinding. A positive aspect of Dr. Zokol's practice is the warm environment. The front staff was friendly and helpful, and my appointments were handled in a timely fashion.by Larsen ReynoldsFebruary 02, 2017
