- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible experience. I left Acorn Dental around 2014 because I was tired of paying for poor service. Dr. Swartz was my dentist and I dreaded going for checkups. She has no chair-side manner and I feel she tried to mislead me. I had lost confidence as well as trust in Swartz and Christophe. Therefore, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I never knew going to the dentist could actually be enjoyable until I joined Jade Bay in Winfield. Never been happier. If I have anything good to say about this dentist, it's that their reception staff is great. Really kind, really knowledgeable. It's a shame the dental pros out back don't reflect the professionalism of their front room staff. This however isn't what matters and so my rating is still 1 star.by ZargatzeMarch 10, 2017
